Meeting to Discuss Rezoning of Vacant Bank-owned Parcel on Avondale Avenue - Thurs. May 29, 2013, 7 pm

Last night we took the zoning conditions to the NPU for the required vote. They voted to move forward with the land use change for the property, but deferred the vote on the zoning conditions until June so that we could bring our conditions to all involved parties (BOHO, SAND, Land Use and Zoning committee for the NPU, etc…) for further review.

I would like to convene a meeting a week from today, Thursday May 29th at 7:00 at the Church on Benteen, to discuss and answer questions.
